Former FBI profiler Molly Amman, JD, CTM®, is an internationally recognized expert in threat assessment and management. Ms. Amman worked in the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) in Quantico, Virginia, as a targeted violence profiler, leading the BAU's multiagency Behavioral Threat Assessment Center, which spearheads the FBI’s efforts in targeted violence assessment and management. She has direct case experience with public figure threats, school and workplace violence, domestic terrorism, threatening communications, stalking and extortion, active crisis incidents such as riots and hostage-barricades, and more. Ms. Amman holds the most rigorous professional certification in the field: Certified Threat Manager (CTM).
Ms. Amman has also served on faculty at the FBI Academy, led a Joint Terrorism Task Force, and coordinated assets for crisis response & management, intelligence, and federal investigations during major special events such as Presidential inaugurations and professional sports championships, at the FBI Special Events Management Unit.
